Very Important Notification for all that are interested in purchasing or importing Speedbait machine in EU or in any other country of the world : DO NOT BUY IT , and here is why! IT'S A COMPLETE FROAD !!!
Machine was bought and imported from Italy in October 2008-th, it was tested and put in action. We are giving you an insight in our business letter and in our description of the problem with the machine for bilie making .
We have sent this letter to the firm AKUA Srl. on 28th November 2008. to their sales manager Tommaso Zorzoli.
We haven't recived an answer to our business letter and our after claim for the Speedbait machine yet , see what it's all about....
Dear Sir. ,

We are contacting you about the machine that we bought from you for testing and possible selling on Serbia market and these are the results:
1.We tested it with your mix that arrived with the machine and it worked like it should.
2.For the second test we used our mix that was a little softer but firm and the machine started to choke and it did'nt work at a constant rate and the boilies glued together.Then we used a little harder mix that is by our opinion the usual density for making the boilie and the machine started working but immidetely after the spiral shaft bended making the machine improper for use
I must say that we have a lot of experience made in many years of making a great number of boilie and participating in many fishing contests and we have made a lot of acquaintances in the world of carp fishing abroad and it must be said that this machine looks god and it works god on the film presentation but not in rality.
We are convinced that you have a lot of complaints from the customers you have sold this machine,i know for example cases in Russia and Germany and that you will have a lot of problems regarding that spiral shaft and with that mechanism,it should be of a larger diameter and a lot stronger.We realy have a lot of expirience with this matter,we made a lot of boilie and we are in this business for many years.
You can send us the replaicment mechanism but we can not sell this machine to anybody.It is maybie better that it happend to us before we sold it to somebody.
We don't know what to do,do you have any suggestions? It seems that we wasted our money on your product and what should we do now?
We are expecting your answer and sending you the pictures of the machine and pictures of the mix.
